Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients are satisfied with the experience we provide. As a general rule, we do NOT issue refunds once a client has taken possession of the rental vehicle. If a client has not yet taken possession of the rental vehicle, please see our cancellation policy below.

For vehicle rentals, our cancellation policy is the only avenue for refunds. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased including, but not limited to: merchandise, apparel, accessories, and/or gift cards. We understand things happen and circumstances change. While our no refund policy is strictly enforced, we tend to accommodate in most situations and provide other forms of refunds such as rental credits, gift cards, free rental days, complimentary add-ons, or exchanges.


If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start of your rental period in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation request is made within the 24 hour period, you will be charged a fee of up to 50% of your total rental cost.

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full rental cost, including all applicable taxes and fees.

If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your rental period in order to avoid additional fees. We recommend placing an extension request as early as possible to secure your desired extension period to prevent someone else from booking the vehicle and to avoid potential conflicts with any future existing bookings. 

We acknowledge that life can be unpredictable, and while we strictly adhere to our policies, we are always very understanding and allow exceptions in most circumstances.
