How do reservations work?
Submit your dates and preferred vehicle. Our team reviews availability, pricing, delivery details, required documents, and any applicable deposit before the reservation is confirmed.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available throughout Central Florida, including residences, hotels, event venues, MCO, and SFB. Delivery charges vary by location and reservation.
Are mileage limits included?
Yes. Each vehicle has a mileage allowance. Additional mileage may be purchased in advance or billed after the rental at the vehicle's applicable overmileage rate.
Can someone else drive?
Only approved and documented authorized drivers may operate the vehicle. Never allow an unapproved person to drive the rental.
What happens if plans change?
Contact us as early as possible. Extensions, early returns, delivery changes, and cancellations are subject to availability and the terms of your reservation agreement.
What if something happens to the car?
Stop safely, protect the vehicle and occupants, contact emergency services when appropriate, and notify RICE MOTORS immediately. Follow the incident and roadside instructions provided with your reservation.
