Every reservation must satisfy RICE MOTORS insurance and vehicle-protection requirements before the vehicle is released.
Primary insurance
Renters are generally required to maintain valid full-coverage automobile insurance that extends to the rented vehicle and meets the requirements stated in the rental agreement.
Verification
•Insurance documentation may be verified before check-in
•The named renter and approved drivers must satisfy the reservation requirements
•Additional documentation may be requested for high-value or specialty vehicles
•Coverage requirements can vary by vehicle and reservation
Responsibility
The renter remains responsible for the vehicle, deductible amounts, excluded losses, misuse, negligence, contract violations, and any other responsibility defined in the signed rental agreement.
Damage and incidents
Report any accident, damage, theft, vandalism, warning light, tire issue, mechanical concern, or other incident immediately. Do not authorize repairs or towing unless instructed by RICE MOTORS, except when necessary for immediate safety.
Before you drive
Review the rental agreement and the protection terms attached to your specific reservation. This page is a general guide and does not replace the signed agreement or an insurer's coverage determination.
